"Always smooth services/maintenance/repairs. Philip has been my tech for several rounds of maintenance (they make an effort to pair customers with the techs, which I appreciate). I've been a member of their plan for many years now and between the reduced hassle of regular maintenance and when I had an total replacement during a heat wave, I'm glad to have a local business I have whenever needed. Every tech I've met has been personable, the office girls are always helpful and pleasant. I'm looking forward to seeing Phillip for the next maintenance appointment and know the company is available if something worse happens."

"Absolutely fantastic experience, we have had Amazing working on our house for years. Dave, Brandon, and Mike were such a great team. So personable and friendly, but also informative. Took time to explain what was going on, what options were available to fix the a/c problem, and worked quickly and efficiently to replace my system when it was clear there wasn't a reasonable fix available. Only 2 days from consult start to project finished.
Also shout out to Lynn in the office. She's always so sweet and pleasant and really seems to know my family and the household dynamics and is always right up to speed at every call.
